  • The Tank Lifting Lug has been designed for oil storage tanks to be used with appropriate lifting chains or slings, and Handled Sorting Hooks with a working load limit of 10,000 lbs

    The Tank Lifting Lugs eliminates the need to use fall arrest equipment on the top of the tank and/or in a man basket from a second crane

    Mandatory requirements include using appropriate and applicable Safety precautions and following the Tank Lifting Lug hoisting written procedure. A competent worker trained in hoisting and rigging should supervise all lifts

    Improves cleaning by providing a plurality of ports.
    Is attached to the lower portion of the tank wall.
    The outer ports are arranged at angles such that the pressure tube passing into the tank passes over a first section of tank floor and the next port allows passage over a different section and the third section of the tank floor.
